« For me, every individual is unique. That is why I do not utilise any “recipe” when I use chiropractic to treat people’s health problems. Personally, I prefer to base my treatment on diagnosis skills that I have learned in my 5 years doctorate at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and few useful complementary techniques (Active Release Technique, Chiropractor in Enterprise Certification, Graston, Applied Kinesiology, Kinesio Taping, Sacro Occipital Technique, Thompson Technique, to name few).

In addition to my formation of chiropractor, I earned a master degree in ergonomics at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). I did more than an two hundred ergonomic interventions in many different industries (slaughterhouses, warehouses, factories, press rooms, conversion plants, offices, etc.) For me, optimizing the working posture is absolutely essential to provide a good vertebral health to an individual.
